SCARY NIGHT: TORNADOES

HOURS LATER, STILL RELAXING IN OUR SHELTER AREA. 

Last Monday tornadoes ripped through OK.  It was really scary and so sad for those affected.  We are so blessed to have escaped it.  They were saying all day that the weather would be perfect for severe weather.  They were so right.  We made a tent with the mattress in the master closet then changed our minds and moved it to the laundry room.  Caroline was all set up with a movie and had no idea what was really going on.  We heard the tornado was in the Moore area, so Jeremiah told us to get in the tent.  The next thing I know, I'm hearing on the radio that it just destroyed the Love's a few miles away.  I don't think anyone knew it was right there.  It destroyed the gas stations right there, picked up cars, and wiped out some neighborhoods.  As it moved on it almost destroyed a small town about 20 minutes from us.  A man lost his wife and his 3 children are in critical condition.  I can't imagine what he's going through.  Everyone, please pray for this family.  As the night went on Caroline stayed under the tent and watched her movie.  She really enjoyed her tent!!!
